spcaLA does not receive any government funding, nor is there a national SPCA, parent organization or umbrella group that provides support. spcaLA is a 501(c) (3) organization and donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law (Tax ID 95-1738153).

Animal Friends Monthly Giving Program Monthly donations provide spcaLA with a reliable source of support. For example, a donation of $25 a month breaks down to just 89 cents a day, but adds up to $300 worth of shelter, food and veterinary care for needy animals! spcaLA can deduct a monthly donation from your credit card or send you monthly reminder forms, and you can change or stop your donations at any time. Memorial/Tribute Gifts Celebrate the important pets, people and events in your life by donating to spcaLA. For gifts of $25 or more, spcaLA can send a card to the person you wish to honor.
