This would not be possible without our dedicated staff of animal welfare professionals. spcaLA has many different departments specializing in particular areas of animal care, adoptions, education and support functions.
High Quality, Specialty Spay/Neuter Clinic
This is a unique opportunity for special individuals interested in promoting animal welfare by combating the pet overpopulation crisis. The spcaLA is seeking professionals for a new high quality, specialty spay/neuter clinic in Los Angeles. The clinic is set for a spring 2008 opening.

Animal
Protection Services (APS)
The Animal Protection Services division is made up of the law enforcement division, disaster animal response team (DART), shelters, veterinary division, foster and ASN programs.
Companion Animal Services
Companion Animal Services operates the off-site pet adoption center stores and is responsible for the animal adoption program at spcaLA.
Humane
Education
The Humane Education division speaks to young people at local schools about humane pet ownership issues and runs the nationally recognized TLC program, designed for at-risk youth who may be lacking in self esteem and/or empathy toward others.
Fund DevelopmentOur Fund Development department is responsible for keeping the revenue/donations coming in, and works tirelessly on grants to support our many valuable programs.
In addition to the many agency departments, the public relations, accounting, human resources and volunteer services departments make up the core support team helping to keep spcaLA operating as one of the finest SPCAs and Humane Societies in the world!
